Medicare TPA has provided Online Account access to all its customers. Below are the steps to access the e-card from the Medicare TPA website.

Log on to Medicare website - www.medicaretpa.com/MEMBERINFOPAGE_NEW.asp 

Below are the steps to access the e-card from the Medicare TPA website.

Step 1: Select the option Membership log in.

Step 2: Type membership number in the box beneath

Step 3:  If logging in for the first time, the member needs to create the temporary password. For that the member needs to click on the option “Create Password/ New User”.

Step 4: Then the member needs to click on the option “Generate/Retrieve my password”.

A temporary password is generated.

Step 5: Member needs to copy the same password & go back to the main page & select membership log in again.

Step 6: Type in the membership number & the Temporary Password & click on “Enter”.

Upon entering the welcome screen, the member should change the password immediately from the option “Change Password”

Step 7: To take the print out of the E-Card, the member needs to click on the option “Primary Member” on the left hand side of the screen. Then click on the Membership number.

A box would pop up for the E-Card, which would have a print button, which when clicked; the member would be able to take a print out of the E-Card.
