April 7th is World Health Day. On this day the world celebrates healthy living and health care. This year, the World Health Organisation (WHO) will be initiating programs that focus on protecting lives through safe health facilities and the responsiveness of health workers who treat those affected by emergencies.
Often, with our hectic schedules and packed day-to-day activities, health and safety takes a back seat. Let us all re-dedicate ourselves to the well-being of our family and the community that we live in.
