Notify Insurance Claims Online

You can now intimate your claims online, through our "Notify Claims Online" facility. All you need to do is fill up the form pertaining to your type of insurance. For example: To register your Health claims choose the Health Claims notification form. We have this facility available for Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, Hospital Cash, Personal Accident and Home Insurance


Please note that this online intimation is for reimbursement claims only in the case of Health Insurance.

Easy Steps for registering your Claims Online:
1. Click on the relevant product link given on the top left of this page. Notify your reimbursement claims online by submitting the form.
2. Our Claims team will contact you to guide you through the process. You may also refer to our claims procedures pages under the Claims section of our website.

Follow the steps given below to send in the physical documents:
1. Download the relevant claim form from our website (or) request for one through our call centre.
2. Fill up the claim form and forward it to us along with the required documents at the following address:

Please note: For any claim under Home Insurance policy, customers are requested to intimate the claim online as well as through our call centre. This is required for us to arrange a surveyor to survey and assess the damages at the earliest.
