To provide customer support for all classes of commercial / personal Insurance business of the company by servicing customer and attending to their needs and problems, providing solutions and suggestions.
6 months of working experience in Call Center (Voice Based) will be an added advantage.Freshers are also welcome.
Excellent skills in Communication (Tamil, English & Hindi)
Relationship building / management (at all levels)
Negotiation Influencing Skills
