After working with a telecom company, I wanted to join an organization that was open to new ideas and where I could gain good experience. I found that Royal Sundaram offered me the opportunity to leverage my skills and spirit.  I’ve had opportunities I don’t think I would have had anywhere else and I am part of a great team. I am the Key Account Manager with the Affinity team of India.Royal Sundaram has offered me an exciting journey during last 7 years of my career filled with challenges and rewards.I qualified in the group’s high profile Fast-track Program last year and it has been an amazing experience for me. Today I have the confidence and exposure to work in an International Businesses ambience with the help of best in class training.

Since I joined Royal Sundaram in 2004, my job has been to manage the business applications and making a planning for applications to cater to business needs. I love the challenges that my work gives me here and I am happy to be here. I am committed to ensure that technology becomes a USP for Royal Sundaram and have has put in place systems that will address problems with long term perspective. Here I get the space to explore beyond my own expectations. I am honoured to receive the international Platinum Club Award 2008 for my exceptional leadership and dedication to delivery for the business in 2007.

It's a pleasure to work with people who know the meaning of efficiency and know that managers here recognize the efforts and skills. I am very happy that Royal Sundaram recognized my efforts and ability and I got the opportunity to be on a two year long extensive training in reinsurance, which was conducted and hosted by Swiss Re in Hong Kong.

I am part of the Royal Sundaram's Northern Regional Office. I joined the company in the year 2001 as a Business Development Manager after a 13 year stint with another insurer. I have grown steadity with Royal Sundaram and my hardwork has been well recognised. My job has offered me new challenges and opportunities through international exposures, project work and various training and self development programmes.I have also been selected for the RSA Group Leadership Development programme for Asia & Middle East region in 2008.My last eight years has been a very interesting and exciting journey, that has offered tremendous exposure and learning opportunities as an insurance professional.
