To handle In-bound calls at the National Call Centre based in Chennai as per Service Standards set. - To provide customer support for all classes of commercial / personal Insurance business of the company. - Servicing customer and attending to their needs and problems, providing solutions and suggestions. - To handle complaints as per defined process and SLAs. - Any other day today tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES / SKILLS : - Experienced professional with 1+ years experience at a Call Centre (Fresher are also welcome) - Excellent communication in oral and written skills - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (multi-lingual will be an added advantage) - Analytical and interpersonal skills - Positive and winning attitude - Good listener, empathetic to customer needs - Team player
