If you need to make a claim under Hospital Cash, here's a step-by-step guide for it.

To request for a claim form, call us at 1860 425 0000. You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at the earliest, on hospitalisation. Please quote the Policy Number for our reference. We will mail you the Claim Form within 2 working days or you can download the claim form from our website.
You can also notify your claim online. Once you notify the claim our claims team will contact you to explain the procedure.
Once you get the claim form on hand, please fill-in the form and send it to us, along with the following documents to support your claim and send it to us along with a photocopy of the following documents within 10 days after discharge:
Diagnostic Test Reports.
F.I.R in case of an accident.
