Home Shield online provides complete coverage for damage to your building which is occupied as 'Residence'. Royal Sundaram will pay the Reconstruction cost of the building in the event of its destruction due to insured perils, subject to maximum of Sum Insured.

Royal Sundaram offers you the facility of covering your expenses on Architect's, Surveyor's and Consulting Engineer's fees, up to 3% of the claim amount and expenses for debris removal up to 1% of claim amount at no additional cost.
This policy is offered for a tenure of 1 year to 15 years.
