Renewal due policies will be available for online renewals up to the Expiry date + 15 days* 

Example: A Health Policy expiring on 15th June 2010, will be available for online renewal up to 30th June 2010, 23.59 p.m. 

*15 days from date of expiry date is grace period.

The following policies can be renewed online

      -Health
      -Hospital Cash
      -Personal Accident
      -Home Content
      -Home Building
      -Motor Private Car

If you have any problem in transacting online, please chat with our Online Services Representative or write to internet.marketing@royalsundaram.in. 

Policies will be available for Online Renewal 15 days prior to the date of expiry of the policy. For example: If your motor private car policy is due for renewal on 15th August 2008, you will be able to renew this policy online between 1st August 2008 and 15th August 2008. 

Please note: Customers who have already opted for the auto renewal option will not be able to renew their policies online

You can renew your Royal Sundaram policy online with your visa/master credit / debit card or through Cheque /dd.

If your existing policy is under auto renewal option, but you want to cancel the option, and renew online, please write to customer.services@royalsundaram.in or internet.marketing@royalsundaram.in. Your policy will be available for renewal after 5 working days post submitting your request.
