  • Royal Sundaram is pleased to announce that their Accident and Health claims processes have been upgraded from ISO 9001: 2000 to ISO 9001:2008. This upgradation is as a result of meeting stringent quality systems requirements evaluated in the annual surveillance audit.

    The company’s strict adherence to ISO norms has enabled Royal Sundaram to raise the bar on service quality and build excellence in all aspects of claims operations.

    Ajay Bimbhet, Managing Director, Royal Sundaram said “Standards should be implemented for all processes to drive the continual improvement of internal operations and systems.
