A good night’s sleep is all that you need to feel fresh and energetic for the next day. But, its significance goes way beyond improving productivity and boosting your mood. Having sufficient amount of sleep is a necessity; it has a surprisingly positive impact on mind, heart, weight and more.

While most of us doze off as soon as we lay our heads on the pillow. Some might find it difficult to get off to sleep.
