Sunder Lal Jain Hospital

The Sunder Lal Jain Hospital is a unit of the Seth Sunder Lal Jain Charitable Eye Hospital Society. The Society, which is operational since 1958 set up the super specialty hospital in 1986.The 218-bedded hospital is spread over 3.14 acres in North-West Delhi and operates a general OPD that treats around 40,000 patients annually. It also runs a private OPD that treats approximately 3,500 patients annually along with emergency and casualty service and a 24-hour ambulance service.

The hospital’s various departments include general medicine, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynaecology, dermatology, paediatrics, cardiology, general surgery, E.N.T., plastic surgery, psychiatry, dental, gastroenterology, nephrology, endocrinology, urology, neuro-surgery, haematology, paediatric nephrology, paediatric surgery, pulmonology, and oncology. The hospital also has a burns intensive care clinic, and offers facio-maxillary, cardio-thoracic, and advanced laparoscopic surgeries.
