Claims process for Health cover - Cashless benefit
  • Contact Paramount's Alarm Centre or its Assistance Co-operation Partners through Paramount Alarm Centre, by calling 91-022-6751 5515 Or 91-022-6662 0863 Or 91-022-4000 4219 and inform us about the hospitalisation. If you are in USA, you can also call 001 866 9785 205 to inform our TPA.
  • Please quote your Policy Number and Passport Number (when asked, for verification).
  • Show the physician or hospital authorities the Policy, if required.
  • The TPA will contact the hospital administration and call for medical records and other additional documents (if necessary) and evaluate the same.
  • Based on the TPA's feedback, claim for cashless treatment abroad may be approved or rejected.

All claims are processed as per the Terms and Conditions of your Policy.
Claims process for Health cover - Reimbursement
  • Contact Paramount's Alarm Centre or its Assistance Co-operation Partners through Paramount Alarm Centre, by calling 91-022-6751 5515 Or 91-022-6662 0863 Or 91-022-4000 4219 and inform us about the hospitalisation. If you are in USA, you can also call 001 866 9785 205 to inform our TPA.
  • Please quote your Policy Number and Passport Number (when asked, for verification).
  • You can download the Claim Form from our website.
Submit the duly-filled Claim Form within 30 days of completion of treatment, along with the following documents in original,
  • Discharge Summary.
  • Bills/receipts.
  • Reports of tests (such as Blood tests, scans, X-ray, etc).
  • Any document which would facilitate your Claim.

  • We'll assess your Claim, once we receive all the required documents.
  • In the unfortunate event of death of the insured, we request you to furnish the Death Certificate, along with the Claim Form and other documents.

If your claim is approved, we will mail you a cheque. 

All claims are processed as per the Terms and Conditions of your Policy.
Claims process for Loss of Baggage / Delay in checked-in Baggage

  • Please quote your Policy Number and Passport Number (when asked, for verification).
  • You can download the Claim Form from our website.
    Send the duly-filled Claim Form, along with the following documents -
 
  • Boarding Pass / Baggage Coupon.
  • Property Irregularity Report.
  • List of articles lost.
  • Proof of ownership for articles valued more than US$ 100 (Bills, vouchers, etc).
  • Certificate from Airlines confirming duration of delay (in case of Delay in checked-in baggage).
  • Letter from Airlines confirming the loss/delay of baggage and compensation made (if any).

We will appoint a service provider (if necessary) to validate the Claim.

If your claim is approved, we will mail you a cheque.

Claims process for Personal Accident
  • Contact Paramount's Alarm Centre or its Assistance Co-operation Partners through Paramount Alarm Centre, by calling 91-022-6751 5515 Or 91-022-6662 0863 Or 91-022-4000 4219 and inform us about the accident. From USA, you can also call 001 866 9785 205 to inform our TPA.
  • Please quote the insured's Policy Number and Passport Number (when asked, for verification).
  • Download the Claim Form from our website.
     
Send the duly-filled Claim Form, along with the following documents within a month of treatment or  transportation to home, or in case of death, transportation of mortal remains to home.
 
  • FIR (First Information Report).
  • Discharge Summary from the hospital.
  • Bills, Scan reports, etc, which you think may be relevant.
  • Newspaper cuttings on accident (if available).
 
In the unfortunate event of death of the insured, you are also required to send,  
  • Death Certificate.
  • Post Mortem Report.
  • Legal Heir Certificate.
