Atom tech inks pact with insurance companies - India Infoline News Service / Mumbai

This service offers the convenience to their customer for making premium payments in a hassle free and time saving manner just by using phone and their credit cards.

Atom technologies, a leading mobile-payment service provider has tied-up with major insurance companiesincluding Apollo DKV, ICICI Lombard General Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Reliance General Insurance, and Royal Sundaram General Insurance etc for its atom payments platform.
This service offers the convenience to their customer for making premium payments in a hassle free and time saving manner just by using phone and their credit cards. The sheer convenience and security of the solution has driven these large insurers to embrace this technology service for their customers. This service is initially available on atom's IVR platform as well as soon shall be made available on its mobile payment solution.

In addition to agent assisted model of IVR payments where a customer is guided by call center agent for premium payments atom is also providing the fully automated version of IVR payments system wherein an automated call will be made to the customers on behalf of Insurance companies as a reminder for premium due dates and will also facilitate by providing premium payment option using credit cards during the call.
